I'm not sure why but every registered user can see ALL tickets on the frontend when clicking on "View Tickets" - shouldn't they ONLY be able to see just their own tickets?

I only have 4 users set as "Staff", not all 300+ users
The administrator has disabled public write access.

I am curious to hear the answer too.

I am going to buy RSTicketPro to support requests for hundreds of customers and I do not want really each customer to see any disparate request from all the others.

Is it possible to limit the Ticket list in the frontend to only those tickets that belong to the logged user?

RSTickets! Pro considers each ticket private, the only ones having access to it are the submitter and the staff member. It was designed in this way to protect the privacy of the customers.
