Any chance RS Tickets PRO will support customizing email messages by department in the near future?
Basically, our Marketing Department wants different messages than our Facilities Services Department and Human Resources Department... Is there a way to support this that I am missing or can it be added in the next version so I can put in a purchase request to get the feature?

Unfortunately, RSTickets!Pro does not support defining separate emails per department at the moment. You can add a feature request in our feedback section:

and we will take it into consideration for future revisions.
