I have a suggestion for the knowledge base articles. I wished there was a way for my Help Desk technicians to be able to submit articles from the front-end as they do not and should not have access to the Joomla back-end. I'm baffled by the thought of not being able to add, copy, or move articles from the Joomla articles area to the Knowledge base area. If this was possible then I would be able to utilize the "submit an article" user menu option from the front-end and selecting the proper category that would be associated with the knowledge base.

Currently my techs have to write the knowledge base article inside a MS Word doc and then submit that to our webmaster for manual upload. We tried to utilize the submit an article to make it easier on the webmaster but even that is too many step and is not logical nor cost effective. If there's another way of doing this please share as I am not willing to give my techs backend permissions just to be able to add something to the knowledge base. There should be another way.
