Hi

Is it possible to allow helpdesk staff to access reports from the front end or only the back end?

If so, or if it requires some customisation, how difficult would this be?

Hello,

At the moment RSTickets!Pro does not have this feature available at the moment.
We will consider adding this feature in one of our future revisions of RSTickets!Pro.

Adding this feature will require source code changes to both the component and the plugin. This is not recommended since all source code changes are lost when an update is performed.

Has there been any progress in adding a front-end module for reporting since this was asked? I don't like the idea of general users using the back-end, but some general users need reporting features
