Is it possible to put moderation links in the moderator email? I would like to have links in the body of the moderator email to unpublish a comment with a simple click.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Unfortunately, no, there is no placeholder available for adding an unpublish functionality. The placeholders that are available for the notification email messages are: {username}, {ip} and {link} (which directs to the page the comment was added on), more on this topic here:
