TOPIC: Problem with Captcha!

Problem with Captcha! 10 years 3 months ago #26157

I have a problem with using the captcha.
If the captcha is disabled, everything is working well. If I enable it the files/filename disappear:

If I go to details, the download button isn't on the position where it should be!?

Can you help me please?

Hello,

Most likely this is caused by the template you are currently using. You can try using a standard Joomla! template to notice that RSFiles! displays properly.

When enabling captcha, the Download button will have the "modal" class, thus when clicking on it the captcha validation will be in a modal. Your button is not displayed properly due to the CSS definitions your template has for the ".modal" class.

You can try to edit the CSS file of your template and rename(for example) the .modal class into .modal2 and test this again.

For any further assistance, submit a customer support ticket directly, as this cannot be resolved over the forum:
