I used paypal plugin in rs membership. it is displaying paypal with radio button like this.
    Pay with :
  • paypal

can I change this paypal word to like this. "paypal / credit card"

If you only want to change the label into "PayPal / Credit Card", you can do the following:
Open your Administration panel, go to Components -> RSMembership! -> Payment Integrations -> click the PayPal entry -> go into the advanced tab and edit the payment name field
