Any ideas on how we could use RS Membership to create Family memberships? We want to sell a single subscription that covers multiple users and prompts for the details for a custom form for each of them.

- If you are referring to allowing a user to purchase a membership for other users (he purchases it and the membership gets assigned to multiple users), note that this is, unfortunately, not possible, users can only purchase memberships for themselves.

- The membership subscription form can be customized. There are multiple types of fields that can be added, each of them having multiple editable properties like custom validations and default values. This is done using the Custom Fields feature, you can read more about it here:

By chance, on another forum for another membership system, someone suggested that we create a coupon for the extra memberships. i.e. When someone buys a family membership, they say how many people in the family and we send a custom coupon at 0 cost so that the others can sign up individually.
