Please help!

We have received this notification I assume we would need to purchase another 12 month subscription but how do we "load" it and will it affect/change our current settings?

Hello,

To renew your license please go to Downloads >> My Memberships >> RSMembership! >> click on 'renew now'.

Updating the component will not affect your current settings or data unless you have made component modifications, in which case they will be overwritten and you should back up your files first.

I do not see any renew options in my memberships area.

Can I renewed an expired license for the discount price?
