TOPIC: Meta Description Disappears On Save

I'm putting in the meta description on a site that has been running for years and using RS SEO. All of a sudden the descriptions are not showing up anymore and when I try to re enter the description and save the description disappears.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

You can check/set the followings:

- backend > Components > RSSeo! > Overview > top Options button > Crawler > set "Crawler type" to "Ajax", then Save your configuration.

- ensure that the page in question is indeed publicly accessible in the frontend area (and not behind login for example).

- the page, in the backend RSSeo! Pages section, has to be published.
