Hi,

Under RSMail --> Reports I have "Opens" and "Unique opens", what is the difference? Under "Opens" I have the same email name like five times? Is that normal? That means it went out five time to the same email account?

"Email opens" counts the total number of times your email has been opened. For example if you send an email to 7 people and 3 people each open the email twice, a total of 6 "Opens" and 3 "Unique Opens" will be reported.
