TOPIC: Edit Joomla template file

Since installing RSFirewall if I edit the site template and save RS Firewall change the following
:angry:
this <link rel to <l-nk rel
this <meta to <m-ta
this <script> to <s-ript>

Why does this happen?
How do I fix?
RC
The administrator has disabled public write access.
