Hello,

I need to know how I can deactivate RSFIREWALL from triggering this when someone is submitting a form through RSFORM PRO:

403: Access Forbidden

This form has not been submitted because your ip address is listed in a spam database, if you feel this is an error, please contact the webmaster.

Please advise. Thanks!

You can prevent RSFirewall! for triggering this functionality by editing its "Protect forms from abusive IPs" option. So, head to Components > RSFirewall! > Firewall Configuration > Active Scanner and set to "No" the above-mentioned option within the "Denial of Service" section. After you have done this please test the functionality one more time.
