My site was developed by a company that shut down... they transferred my files to Go Daddy. I was trying to log in as an admin to change a few dates on my site and I forgot my password and tried too many time and I am now receiving the following message. (of course now I suddenly remember it and can't get in!) I am not supper great with computers and would need an easy explanation as to how to get back into my admin section of my website.

I appreciate the response although I literally am clueless about computers.... I went to these instructions and it says to open my FTP account? What is that? I am so sorry... this is all so new to me. I was never given any information on an FTP account.... just shown how to log into the back end of my site to make changes...
