Since installing RSFirewall! I can no longer upload images through JCE Editor, or even media manager.

JCE Editor returns the error, "ERROR 500: : INVALID UPLOAD DATA".

Media Manager returns the error: "File too large".

My php.ini contains the following line:
open_basedir=/home/southa13/public_html:/tmp:./tmp:./logs

and it is pointing correctly.

Thanks,
Charley

In order to determine if the problem is generated by RSFirewall!, you will have to disable it completely.
To do this follow the steps below:
- head over to Extensions > Plugin manager - disable the "System - RSFirewall! Active Scanner" plugin
- rename the newly created php.ini (RSFirewall! creates a local php.ini file in the root of your hosting account) to php.bak
