We have a simple form that people use to generate a listing of their interests which is then displayed on the front-end of the site using the Submissions Directory feature.

Is there a way to have some kind of checkbox on the directory that disables an individual record from being shown without deleting the record? (For example, if someone hasn't renewed their membership in the organization we want to dsable their listing without deleting it, then having to re-enter it atg a later date.) Thank you.

Hello,

You could try taking a look at the submission confirmation functionality available in RSForm!Pro. In the Submissions Directory menu item you can choose to display only confirmed submissions:
www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/r...ctory-menu-item.html
www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/r...on-confirmation.html

You can then edit a particular submission and change the confirm status so that you can stop displaying a particular entry in the listing based on the membership status and not delete the actual submission.
Please note: my help is not official customer support. To receive your support, submit a ticket by clicking here
