I have a form set up with a drop down choice for who to send the form to. The name of the form element is "who" which is who is the request to be directed to.

Choose whom you want the appointment with
tom@email.com|Tom Jones
bill@email.com|Bill Smith

The Admin email works as it should with the message being sent to the one chosen in the who value.

The user receives an auto response saying your appointment with {who:value} has been received, where who is the person the message is directed to. The who:value is the email address so the response looks like:
your appointment with This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it has been received

Is there a way to have the person's name inserted into the auto response to the user (i.e. Tom Jones) in place of the email value?

Thanks

Hi,

You can use {who:text} in the users email if you want the Label to be displayed.
