TOPIC: Catpcha does not work on smartphones

Catpcha does not work on smartphones 9 years 8 months ago #32229

I am using the RSForm Pro reCaptcha module.
It works fine on computer browsers but not on the smarthphones.
I get the following error:

An internal error occurred
51E1992BB62B8.A8DO405.570!

This happens on an android phone and the same error on a Windows phone.
How can I fix this?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Please make sure that you are using the latest RSForm!Pro version.

I would also recommend using the noCaptcha implementation instead:

It is working now.
I just found out that the web host was doing some updates during this period.
I suspect that was what was causing the problem.

All is good.
