TOPIC: No Admin Email

So I've followed the instructions:

I've read several forum posts, to no avail. All email address settings are correct. The User email is received. The Admin email is not. I then went into the Admin email settings and set the 'From' and 'To' to be static email addresses (both valid, both different) and am still not getting the Admin email.

I did go in and create a 'New User' and did receive that email. So why isn't RSForms Pro sending Admin email?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
