I'm suddenly not getting the notification emails when a form is submitted using the RSForm!pro. First, it was giving the "No Message Body Text" alert. I thought I fixed that by adding text to the User Email Properties, but instead of showing the text I entered, it just took the "No Message in Text Body" alert away. It is still, however, not sending me the notification email that a form was submitted.

Please help me fix this.

Make sure that you have text in all the emails that are being generated by RSForm!Pro (user/admin - even in the Additional Emails if you are using), also, make sure that if you are using Multi-Language forms, you are adding text to all the languages available.

I'm not sure how to do that. I'm pretty green to this stuff.

Also, when "preview" the user email, I see the note that I typed into the message body. This still doesn't show up after a try submitting a form. It just gives me the "continue" button. When I switch over to admin and try to "preview", it gives me this:

{name:caption}: {name:value}

{address:caption}:
{address:value}

{number:caption}: {number:value}

{email:caption}: {email:value}

{experience:caption}:
{experience:value}

I am also getting the same problem. When I create a new Joomla user the php function is working, but as soon as any email must be send through RSForms Pro nothing happens. Submission gets logged but no emails going out to admin or user. This worked fine and no changes was made, hmmm. Where do we start :O

I would recommend trying with an external mailer as well (e.g. SMTP) and see if you are still facing issues. Also, the emails provided in my earlier reply should provide some starting point to determine the issue.

If the problem persists, please submit a ticket here : https://www.rsjoomla.com/submit-a-ticket.html so one of our staff members can take a look and investigate this for you (to determine if the issue is generated by RSForm!Pro or something else).

Looks like this has been a big problem since March. I too am having the same issue on multiple sites, so I know it's not just one site having an error or one email provider...

Any answers on this?

I don't know if anyone is still having this issue but I recently suffered from it after updating. I found that the From Email and From Name fields seemed to have been swapped so it was trying to send email from the company name.
