TOPIC: Pass a parameter through the URL

Pass a parameter through the URL 10 years 3 months ago #30127

I put in the same form in many articles.
The request for data is the same for everyone except for the part number.

I added this parameter to the url, changing for the pages:
? option = com_rsform & formid = 3 & form [id_article] = 847

as specified in this article

How can I pass this code in the mail admin?

Thankx a lot.
Francesco

Hi Cosmin,
Thanks for your response.

I haven't a form published inside an article, but I've a link (button) inside an article back to a single form.
I would like to send via url, a unique code to identify a particular product that is recorded in a field (hidden).
I'll put this field (code) in the mail administrator to understand that the product is.

I hope I have explained the problem well.
Thankx.

Franz.

The syntax looks correct, however make sure you are using the exact field names and also that you have 1.49.0 version or higher.

Please note that the URL may be different if you are using SEF url

Thanx Cosmin,
Now everything works.
The error was in the hidden field.

Bye
