i want to make a sign up system with this method
a user sign up and can register team
the number of teams is unlimited
so there all team have unlimited member that the user can register them
if i want to say clearly we want 2 form and they most corresponsive to each other
any one can help me to make this?

Unfortunately there is no built-in feature that would allow you to do this with out-of-the-box functionality. RSForm!Pro does incorporate a registration plugin, but this implies that one submission corresponds to one user account.

Due to its overall flexible nature, you could try implementing something similar via its scripting areas, but advanced scripting knowledge would be required.

i think about this problem
and have 2 qustion
1- how i can make edit button & delete button in submission menu like directory menu
(in this forum i see a instruction to make a del button)
2- in both of this menu we have a show submission by user id
can i use submission id for this area?
by this idea i can show a team member too client .... the problem its if he register 3 or more teams what parameter excluding is unique?

You can create a delete button in the Manage Directories menu item by following the guide from this article:

The submission id is not available for display through the standard Directory Fields, however please provide a more accurate description of your scenario so I can try to further guide you in your project.

i try thats tutorial an made that button in my site
so i say my scenario clearly for U
I trying to make a system that do this works for me
a client can register in my site as manager(i do it easily)
then that client gard is "manager"
so the manager can made a team by submit a form include team data that given from him.(this form can submit unlimited for any manager),(fortunaly i made it easily to)
then all teams that submited by manager can give unlimited members (good format of this member giving is any member submited by a pop up button an this button send them to a form that give personal data of each member)
the puzzle of this scenario for its that
how can i join member submit form & team submit form?
