Good day, why in the user fills out the form, administrators do not have any of the letters that the user has filled out a new form, more precisely, the administrator of the mail does not come nor what message, why? please help. use J2.5 + rsform 1.49.15

Please keep in mind that RSForm!Pro uses standard Joomla! mail function. As long as those mails are working, you should be able to receive the mails generated by RSForm!Pro.

A quick test would be to create a new Joomla! user, upon creating , an auto-generated email containing the account details will be sent. If you receive that specific email, most likely it is a misconfiguration in the TO/FROM fields of the Administrator email. Please make sure to use a valid email address or a correct placeholder.
