Hi Everyone,

basically I want to know how to set up one drop down field and have it displayed on multiple forms.

I have 10 forms and one of the fields on all the forms is companies. When we add a new company to this field I have to edit all 10 forms drop down. I would like to know if its possible to have one list which can be used on multiple forms.

Head over to Components > RSForm! Pro > Edit the form with the drop down field you wish to copy > Select the desired field and click "Copy to another form" button ( from the toolbar on top of page ).

that would be an option but after testing it creates more work than going into each form and adding the new company to the drop down field.

isn't there any way I could create a form with a drop down list of customers and then using that field on multiple forms using form IDs and field IDs?
