I can not get the text box size to change no matter what I put in for size. On the the Components tab when I change the size of the text box it changes in there but when I save it and go to preview, it is always the same length in the actual form it self. This worked fine in Joomla 1.5 but since updating to 2.5 I can no longer change the size. Any Ideas?

Try adding in the additional attribute box
style="width:150px;"

That works. but I don't see why it won't do that when you specify a size in the attributes. Thanks

Perhaps a more in-depth knowledge on this would clear things up. Size attributes and inline style are different things. W3C helps!
