TOPIC: Deleted elements is visible on the front-end

Deleted elements is visible on the front-end 11 years 8 months ago #24724

Hi.

I deleted several form elements but in the front-end it's visible without right names and values. It seems that they still exist somewhere (see streamschool.ru/index.php/component/cont...le?layout=edit&id=93).

Could you explain how to delete them totaly?

Best regards,
Vitaly

Hello Vitaly,

From what I can see, you have turned off the Auto-Generate Layout option, which as it's name implies, automatically generates the form's front-end display layout (what is seen in the front-end).

This can also explain the presence of the placeholders (like "{Price corp expat 4700:caption}") in your form's front-end view.

To re-enable this option, please head over to Components > RSForm!Pro > Manage Forms > edit your form > Properties > Form Layout, and set it to Yes.

If this issue still persists, please also press the "Generate Layout" button.
Please remember that my responses aren't considered customer support, to receive customer support please submit a new customer support ticket, and we will gladly assist you.

Best Regards,
Cristian Nicolae.
