Am Get error
You must provide at least one recipient email address
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Have you, by any chance, configured any Additional Emails? If this is the case, make sure that the From and To fields of the Additional Emails are being configured correctly (they contain valid email addresses or the correct placeholders for fields that contain email addresses).
