How do I included a hidden field that includes the date of the form submission? I need to display the Form Submission Date as part of the form results page.

If my understanding is correct, you intend to display the date the submission was added on in the thank you message? If this is the case, please use the {global:date_added} placeholder, it displays the date and time the submission was made on. You can find a list of global placeholders here:
