Hello, here such situation, I made a form with possibility of an attachment of files (pictures) of jpg of the picture come to mail to the client but as the separate file how to make so that they were obese letters, the letter by itself html, write that it is necessary to enter an exact name of the file, but from where I know what name of the file the client will send! Are you actually referring to attaching the file to the User Email and also adding the file name to the User Email's text? If this is the case, apply the following:

1. Edit the file upload field, head to the 'Attributes' tab and select 'User Email' in the 'Attach file to' field. This way, the uploaded file will be attached to the User Email.

2. Add the '{your_field_name:filename}' placeholder to the email text, it will be replaced with the actual name of the uploaded file. Please note that the '{your_field_name:filename}' placeholder is only available starting with RSForm!Pro rev. 46.

If my understanding is correct, you wish to also display the file name in upper-case letters. Unfortunately, there is no default feature for this and it will require some custom scripting. The following article can get you started even though it does not address your exact same scenario:
