Hello. I am a teacher at a high school. We have a paper based system where a teacher fills in a small form to record student infringements (wrong uniform, chewing gum, excessive jewellery etc). We then have 1 person who enters all the forms into an excel document. This takes her HOURS every day

I would like to build this system online so teachers can submit the forms electronically.

I quickly built a mock-up of this in the Rsform test site (before the site reset itself). The test seemed to work OK, but I have some questions:

1. In the test site, I had a Dropdown for the student's name. We have over 850 students from Grade 8-12. I will have to copy and paste in each name (yes, this will take a long time). Is there a better way to do this? I have the student names in an excel document.

2.I would like the teachers to be able to choose what grade the student is before they actually choose the student. It looks like making a Dynamic Drop Down would take too long (for 850 students). Is there another way to do this? I was thinking about making an individual form for each grade?
