I have created various Free Text Fields called
{CourseTitle:body}
{CourseDate:body}
{CourseTime:body}
{CourseVenue:body}
{CoursePrice:body}

The idea is so it makes duplicating the form easier for adding courses. Then All I need to change are the values in these Free Text Fields so they appear in the confirmation emails and our booking emails we receive.

The fields show correctly on the form (at the URL above but do not appear in the Thankyou Page or the Confirmation Emails.

I have tried:
{CourseTitle:body}
{CourseTitle:value}

What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

Please note that the free text fields were designed for static text/HTML. Instead of using the placeholder you can simply copy and paste the text/code as it does not change the value upon submitting the form.

Another option would be adding a hidden field in your form that will store all the course information and use the hidden field's placeholder in the thank you page and the emails.

Any explaination on how to do this?

I have a free text field, based on the Preview method (www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/v...a-before-submit.html), where I input results from calculations from previous input on page 1 and where I would like to re-use the output as variable in my user email message.

I also tried to make another javascript with all the output's and set an onclick event on the Next page button as an additional attribute but then my form is not proceding to the next page.
