How can i filter out unassigned tickets ?

In is to be noted that you can create all kind of custom searches that can be applied as display filters.

To create a such a search simply head to the RStickets!Pro Dashboard View, click on the Search tickets link and the on Open Advanced Search. In the Staff member field, type in 0 (zero).

Clicking on the Search button will apply the search to the ticket listing. Once a search filter is applied you can manage your custom searches and apply them as default.
