Import / Export

You can import and export your RSBooking! data to move it between websites or create a backup.

Import

When you import an RSBooking! archive, it will erase everything currently stored in RSBooking!, categories, properties, bookings, everything. It’s a full overwrite. So, before you import, make sure to create a backup in case you need to restore your data.

Export

The export option will generate a backup file with all your RSBooking! data. Note that this export does not include any uploaded files (like property images or documents). You’ll have to copy those files manually if you want a full backup of your site’s content.

RSBooking! also allows you to import Sample Data to help you get started. This is useful if you want to see how things are set up or need a quick way to test the extension. Just like a regular import, this will also erase all your current RSBooking! data. Use it only if you're starting fresh or don't need your existing data.
