Where can I get my invoice ?

All our transactions are handled by our payment processor 2Checkout.com. You can create a copy of your invoice from your 2Checkout.com account. This account is automatically created when you purchase a subscription from us and the login credentials are sent to the email used in the transaction.

We have also added the possibility to download a copy of your invoice directly from our site. You just need to log in on our site with the account that holds the license, head to Customer Area > Subscriptions > My Memberships and use the Invoice button.

  • My Memberships section provides options regarding your subscription, including the possibility of downloading your Invoice.
