I'm trying to find language constant and its value in language override for the word Navigation in Juno template. Navigation is always in English in Juno template mobile version.

Add override to RSJuno language file "language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_rsjuno.ini".

Here you will find this:
; Brand
TPL_RSJUNO_BRAND="Navigation"
