Hi Guys,
see form spielratz.org/index.php/rs-form-test.
I have created a selection field "Projekte". User can choose several options- each one has different email behind in the dropdown menue.
I did it like this:
Bitte wählen[d][c]
martin@arkiadesign.de|Ostern
martinsai@zoho.com|Pfingsten

my problem: I want in the admin mail to appear "Ostern" if someone choses "Ostern" in the form. right now in the admin mail there is only the email (but not the title like "Ostern")

thanx for any reply
martin

I am trying to figure out how to display the Paypal Status (Accepted or Pending) in the submission directory.

I have the Menu Item>Submissions Directory parameter "Show only confirmed submissions" to "No".

I can see the Paypal Status (Accepted or Pending) in the Manage Submissions in the admin back end.

I have "PayPal Status" box checked in "Choose which columns to show" (Manage Submissions tab).

In the Manage Directories>Directory Fields I don't see PayPal status in any of the columns....

The layout for your front end view pdf is under your menu item. Open the menu item click on Options and edit the Details layout there.

Yes, RSEvents!Pro meets the requirements that you have specified in your post:

- since it's an event management component, RSEvents!Pro allows posting events in both the website's backend and frontend:

www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/v...2-addedit-event.html

www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/v...nu-items.html#create

- there are two ways in which Google maps will be displayed: on the event's page and using the Location module,...

Hi,
I have created the eventlisting as described here: www.rsjoomla.com/blog/view/273-rseventsp...verride-example.html

Works great!

In the menu item options you can set catagory description to on. When you open the page in the frontend the catagory description is not there however when you click on the categroy name Then it is there.

Now I want the category desription to displayed in a permanent way. So i want it to be there always.

Also I want to remove Categories...

Is there a way to directly link to a file from a menu item? I see options for File list and Briefcase, but what about linking to one particular file?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi, i'm not sure that i have understand your request but you can try to set it in directory menu item. Go to "Show submissions for the User ID" and add "login" to show only the logged in user's submissions.

Now this is cool.

I have a similar issue - wonder if I can use something from your example in your FAQ. I would like to have a radio button in my form for choosing payment method. Payment card or bank transfer.
If the user submit the form with bank transfer - just the thank you message should be viewed.
If he choose payment card he should be redirected to payment using a return url - but this url is dynamically - it includes variables for amount and order number etc.

Currently I have the...

Please note that RSForm!Pro was not designed as a "menu", but as a form generator. You can achieve this scenario by giving the dropdown/radio/checkbox items values and use the Return URL field of the form properties. A similar example can be found here :

I want to use either a dropdown menu or Radio list as a menu to open an article, a category or a Joomla menu in Joomla 2.5

Better still, I would like to use the results of a dynamically returned value to open an article. An example would be: Selecting Audi in the dynamic dropdown form ‘Cars’ returns A7. I would then like the returned value (onchange) to open an article or category related to the Audi A7.

I imagine this would be trigerred in the Additional Attributes of the field i,e. ‘onchange=’

Could someone point me in the right direction?

Cheers

How would I change the {form:title} in $formLayout?

I want to reuse the form for many different menu items.

I have captured the menu item name: $pagetitle and I'd like to replace the formtitle placeholder with $pagetitle.

This doesn't work:
$replace = "{global:formtitle}";
$with = $pagetitle;
$formLayout = str_replace($replace, $with, $formLayout);

help?

I created a ticket for this issue. Below is response from Support.

Hello,

This is not an issue with the functionality of the component. When you first perform a Crawl of your site, the links from your page are indexed and you can set your desired metadata from the "pages" tab. This information is stored in the RSSeo! specific database table and is used to overwrite the default metadata set for your pages from the Global Configuration Settings and/or article/menu item configuration.
