Is there a way to insert a pop-up calendar into the text area in the form. Currently it is a button on the side of the text area. And it doesn't align quite properly. I would like it that if someone clicks on the input text area the calendar pops up rather.

I have seen, that rsforms can be integrated with rsevents, which itself provides a integration to iCal/google cal.
Sadly I cannot find any information of the possibility to define free timeslots in google calendar, so rs-forms is using this timeslots only to provide any dates in teh calendar.

Please let me know if I can define either:
- timeslots in google cal, which will be used by rsforms to allow only this times
- or if there is the other way to define free times, which can rsforms use to...

In the RSEventsPro calendar I want to show the availble places for an item.

By example:

I set 20 'max attendees' for a sportlesson 'Yoga' and there are 10 reservations for that lesson. Then I want to show the left places 10 after the name of the event: "Yoga 10".
How can I do this?

And how is it possible to give a lesson in the calendar another colour (red) if there are no places (0) left?

I have the Pro-version and have had it for years, as well as I have most of their components, but let me be very sincere RsForm does not have the way to calculate days from a calendar times price unless you have advanced scripting knowledge. I haven't found examples of how to do that yet. I just want a simple calculation of days a client will stay at the hotel and get the result of how much they will have to pay. I hope they add that on a future version.

How to calculate the difference in days between two calendar dates and then have those dates multiplied.
Example: You choose days you are going to stay in a hotel, and then the type of room you want. The result you want the rsform to do is to calculate the number of days times (x) the price of the room you picked.

Result=days x price

I have a form where someone requests a certain date for an event using a calendar.

I'd love to be able to formulate the subject (because this will be emailed to someone) that says:

New Event Requested for [date]

[date] being the date that the requester picks from the date/time calendar.

I supposed I would also need to either hide the subject field from the requester or disable it.

I'm trying to create a form for a single day event submission. The requester should be able to pick a day starting with tomorrow and picking a date in the future and pick the time of day to start.

Since these are just one-day events, I'd like the second date and time field to be fixed at the first date field, allowing only the change in time.

Question 1: Would it be better to do this via one calendar field and then do text fields for the start and end time?

We’re in need of some customization on two calendars on a form we’ve created. Our form requires that there only be three months available for booking each year, June, August, and September. The Arrival calendar is currently defaulting to June but a visitor can pick a date in July if they attempt it and we can't have that. We need to be able to block the month of July for all years? You can edit your first calendar field (date_arr) > go to Validations tab and set the Date Modifier option to 'Selected date becomes 'date_dep' minimum date'.

My users would like to receive an iCalendar notice when they register/subscribe to an event (a .ics object included in the registration email). They can then add it to a calendar on their local/personal calendar/cloud. I am surprised this is not a current feature. Anyone have any insights?
