TOPIC: Hiding a row on mobile

I am using RSPageBuilder and the RSTrone template. My page at https://basketballcourts.net/cleaning has a Spacer element at the top, with an image background of a basketball sitting on a court. It looks great on the desktop, but looks awful on a phone. I'd like to just hide it on a phone. I went into the Spacer element and set "Hidden on Phone" to Yes. But it still shows it on my phone. I don't see a setting in the Row settings to hide the whole row on a phone.

How can I hide it on a phone, or make the image background size correctly on a phone?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

If I'm not wrong, you've selected Bootstrap 5 layout in your RSPageBuilder! page. RSTrone! was built following Joomla!'s 3.x standards, this being Bootstrap 2.3.2. Please change your RSPageBuilder! layout to Bootstrap 2 and test this once more.
