TOPIC: alphabetical filter on a field

hello,

I am searching the way to have the alphabetical filter on a field and not on the title.
I am using rs directory to have a person directory, the title is "mr or mrs / first name / family name"
SO the search leads always to th M of mr or mrs

I found the files to change, i suppose it is components/com_rsdirectory/views/entries/tmpl/default.php but I am not good enough to find how to change
