Hi there - I am trying to create an opportunity where users can create Groups with three dependent fields

These are: Quantity - Unit - Description <add>

I want people to be able to add as many of these fields as they want - this is for a recipe website.

150 grams flour
3 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
40 grams chocolate
1 dash whiskey

Anyone have any ideas here? This is what I want it to look like.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
