We are multisite RsForm pro subscribers but also use RsContact on some of our customers website where the simple configuration of it is best suited.

RsForm pro & RsContact seem to have both the same problem with Joomla 3.5.1. RsForm 1.51.13 did correct the problem perfectly but I see there is no new version of RsContact.

Are you going to issue a new version fixing this bug ? If yes, will it be available soon ?

Yes, I can confirm that. mod_rscontact not send mail from Joomla 3.5.0.

Just send a ticket to support.
Because of the changes in PHPMailer extensions need to be changed.
Because we (Joomla Netherlands) found this problem for RsFormPro yesterday it's fixed.
The forum is not actively checked by RSJoomla support, so sending a ticket will make sure that the support desk knows about this issue.

Tested with 4 different email addresses and various mail settings in Joomla . Joomla sends mails . RS contact sends not Mails.

Version 1.1.6 published yesterday solved the problem but this new version will not appear on your website updates so you have to download the new package and install it via the extension installer. And if cache is enabled on your website, you should also purge it before testing again.

Normally that should solve your problem.

After installing 1.1.6 the emails are now being sent and I am not getting the 'invalid address' error.

However, the ReCaptcha 2.0 'tick-box' doesn't appear for me unless I edit the file root/plugins/captcha/recaptcha/recaptcha.php as described on this forum post: forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?p=3385872#p3385872

Do I need to recreate the RSContact! modules in order for everything to work as it should?

The problem is with many extensions which mails after updating to Joomla 3.5.0 . If the developers of RS Contact have no desire to go to troubleshoot, I will use of RS extensions in future refuse and my clients sell another extension . I am angry !!!

I see you are talking about Joomla 3.5.0. Maybe you should try to update to 3.5.1.

Version 1.1.6 of RsContact fix the issue occuring with joomla 3.5.1. Maybe, it can't work with 3.5.0.
