TOPIC: Configuration for small community

We are a small community with only 3 facilities/properties/resources (not sure what syntax to use).
- One guestroom, should be possible to book for 1 to 3 nights. Number of guests are irrelavant.
- One sauna, should be possible to book per hour. Number of guests are irrelevant
- One washing machine, should be possible to book for 4 5 hours. Again number of guests are irrelevant.
How should I configure these 3 to make a neat and slim look? Only registered users are allowed to view and create bookings.
For instance how can I disable country and address since theese are irrelevant? Everything is at the same location.
Any help appreciated.
