We changed from ICagenda to RSEventsPro a couple of years ago because it could do more and it offered iDeal integration which is very important in the Netherlands.

However, there is still no possibility to define which of the fields are being exported into the *csv file when exporting subscribers of a certain event.

Producing lists on paper for events is still a big deal, even in these digital times. For some events people at the door still want to have a printed list.

There are way too many fields now when making a csv file, so it needs lots of time to edit such a list before it can be printed and used.

If we could define which fields will be exported, the proces would be very smooth.

Also it would be a great help (for half of the world) if one could choose whether a , or a ; should be inserted into the csv file as a seperator. People in Europe currently cannot open the csv files exported by RSEvents straight into Excel.

Please help us out with these two requests. Other (much cheaper) event registration software offers this functionality. It would make our lives much easier.
