If we enable Multiple Tickets under Configuration, the problem is even with the "maximum number of tickets a user can buy from this event in one registration" set to 1, it still allows at least 1 of each type of ticket to be added.

We getting around this by simply disabling Multiple Tickets.

However, this seems to be a bug and not the intention or at least it isn't clear how you prevent this.

But now we have a fundraiser event that needs to allow multiple tickets, and this bug is preventing us from doing that because it causes problems with other events.

Joomla 4 version so maybe it isn't commonly seen yet.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
