Hi, is it possible to disable some checkboxes (in the backend, re "Frontend" tab) by default? For example: "Show counter" is disabled by default. I now like to disable "Show category" etc. as well.

Hello,

The "Frontend" tab options can be pre-defaulted and or removed via your Groups settings (backend > Components > RSEvents!Pro > Groups > edit your group > "Users in this group can change frontend options"; if you disable this, users part of this Group will no longer have access to the mentioned Frontend event tab), while defaulting these options is done by selecting the "Event options", same edit Group section, and by choosing the ones you would like.

You can read more on Groups settings here.

There's also a bulk functionality to adjust such options on your existing events (backend > Components > RSEvents!Pro > Events > top "Batch" button > Options).
This is not official customer support. To receive your support, submit a support ticket here.
