TOPIC: iDeal not visible in form

I try to make a form using RSform and RSEvents. It used to work half a year ago but now the iDeal button isn't visible anymore in the form. It should be visible at 'Betalingen'.

Any idea how to make it visible again? Is it a common problem?

(Forgot to say.. I use cciDeal in combination with this software but for both products counts the subscription is over so they can't help me I am afraid.)
