Hi

I have tried to find a solution in forum and on web, but can't seem to find any on this simple request.

We have to kinds of events: Free Events and Paid Events.

I'm using:
Joomla 3.3.6
RSEvents!Pro 1.7.17

I only have 1 payment option, a self-developed plugin for ePay.dk and this set as default. This is working fine for paid events.

For Free Events I hit "Enable Registration" and "Automatically approve free registrations". But I don't get why I have to make a "Ticket" at 0$ (free)? I just want to set "Allow maximum attendance" to e.g. 10 and then when user signs up (Using my RSForm!Pro) signup page, I don't want to show amount of tickets and the cost. I want a simple signup form, where User just sign up for 1 person, to this 1 event.

How can this be achived?

Best regards,
Henrik

Hi Henrik,

I agree completely, and this doesn't seem logical. It would be good if you could just have flags to turn off tickets/payments as they are not required for companies, clubs and organisations that organise free events.

Best regards,

Peter

Been asking for the same feature for ages.

A simple "Do not show ticket details if only 1 ticket" option would suffice.
My workaround is to hide the ticket selection box using CSS. Effective but clumsy and unnecessary.
