Hi there,
I have been using RS EventsPro on a client's site for over a year and had good luck with it. Suddenly today the client goes to their site and the calendar shows "No events found.". There are events in the calendar and nothing has changed in the last few days in the admin. I am running Joomla 2.5.14 - RSEvents Pro 1.0.0. Has anyone experienced this in the past? I can not use an extension that will just quit working out of the blue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

The same source code can't be produce different results out of the blue. In your case, something has definitely changed. Instead of blaming the component, it would be best to track down your steps and see what exactly have you modified (perhaps menu item parameters, or maybe the events were automatically archived and you are not displaying them per your configuration)

If you have an active RSEvents!Pro license you are more then welcomed to submit a support ticket so we can help you with this.

Hi Alex,
Thank you for the quick reply. As a note I was not blaming the code, just looking for answers. There have been no updates to their site in the last few days. The last time anything was updated, they added some events to the calendar, checked that the events were displaying properly and that was it. No changes have been made to the menu, any other articles, categories or modules. The only thing they update regularly is the events on the calendar. I checked to see if the events were archived, and tried to add a new event, but nothing worked.

I did update Joomla to 2.5.14 about a week ago, but the calendar was working after that update, so I didn't think that was the problem. If anyone has any other suggestions or comments, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!
