TOPIC: Module shows Payment Received after Payment cancel

Module shows Payment Received after Payment cancel 11 years 10 months ago #23436

Hello RSJoomla,

I am working on a new installation with RSEventsPro
When I test the registration and cancel the real payment (both with Ideal or Paypal) I am send back to the website I still see a message in RSEventsPro "Payment received". It should be: "Payment canceled" or something.

I posted a support ticket for this problem.

Hi Karin,

Did you find/receive a solution?

I've just discovered exactly the same issue. I put in a support ticket today, and am awaiting a response from the developers.

Cheers,

Nic

Go to your payments integration and click Payment Rules. Unfortunately you have to create a rule with the shortest time of 1 hour (id like to see this be 5 minutes if we wanted it to be but it doesnt let less than 1 hour)

This rule will delete or remind or whatever you click the dropdown options to do with this orphaned registration. Its a great feature. Yes its unfortunate that its not instant, but its still pretty cool feature to have that much control over how it handles these situations.
