Hi Just wondering if you caught the unclosed <span> in:
tmpl/items_events.php line 45
tmpl/default.php line 111

I think there may also be another one...but couldn't find it at time of writing.

I haven't installed version4 so not sure if you fixed it but it breaks compliance...
